Quality Assurance Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager with 12-15 years of experience to fill a pivotal role at our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food technology and be able to ensure the quality of products as per company standards while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and review Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct tests on raw materials, packaging materials, water treatment plant, syrup preparation, and finished product.
  • Maintain two-way traceability from raw materials to consumers and vice versa.
  • Implement availability of standard chemical reagents and calibration programs for equipment.
  • Verify storage conditions for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and final product.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post Graduation / PG in science - Food Technology.
  • Experience in the Beverage/Food Industry.
