At NEAT, we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Research and Development team. As the Head of R&D (Beverages & Nutrition), you will be responsible for driving innovation, formulating new products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

This is a pivotal role that requires strategic thinking, creativity, and technical expertise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into commercially successful beverages, leveraging your knowledge of food chemistry, sensory science, nutrition, and functional ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an innovation roadmap aligned with our brand vision.
  • Lead a team of scientists, food technologists, and lab partners to drive product development and formulation.
  • Stay ahead of global beverage trends and ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations.

Requirements:

  • Masters/PhD in Food Technology, Food Science, or Nutrition.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching beverage products, with expertise in functional beverages.
  • Strong knowledge of food chemistry, sensory science, nutrition, and functional ingredients.
  • Experience setting up or leading an R&D lab/team.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to balance science, consumer insight, and commercial viability.
