Customer Experience Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience intern. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and managing customer experience through proactive communication via calls, surveys, and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships through timely and effective communication
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to improve customer purchase and delivery experiences
  • Identify and address customer pain points through active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Utilize data management and analytics skills to provide insights on customer behavior and preferences

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree from a Tier I university
  • Proficiency in Excel, analytics, and web tools for consumer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Interest in FMCG and kids' nutrition will be an added advantage
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as per customer queries
