Job Overview

The ideal candidate will spearhead new business development initiatives and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, while doubling revenue within two years.

  • New Business Development:

Develop a comprehensive strategy for acquiring large global clients in Food, Beverage, and Packaging sectors.

Identify and acquire key accounts such as Amul, Nestle, Cadbury, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and similar major companies.

Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), consultants, and industry partners to accelerate lead generation.

Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and tailored entry strategies.

  • Channel Growth:

Drive growth across 80+ channels, scaling business from ₹200 Cr to ₹400 Cr in 2 years through structured programs.

Strengthen channel capability in technical selling, solution integration, and account management.

Monitor channel performance through robust review mechanisms, KPIs, and incentive frameworks.

  • Revenue & Market Expansion:

Build a sustainable sales pipeline of ₹300 Cr annually from new clients.

Upsell and cross-sell across automation product lines to maximize revenue per client.

Expand market share in target industries by positioning integrated automation solutions.

Market Intelligence:

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Provide inputs to product and solution teams for portfolio enhancement.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years in Sales & Marketing within Industrial Automation preferably across pneumatics, motion control, sensors, PLCs, and mechatronics.
  • Proven success in acquiring and managing strategic accounts in the industrial automation domain.
  • Demonstrated experience in channel management with Pan-India exposure.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with direct customers, consultants, and industry influencers.
  • Solid commercial acumen with the ability to structure large, complex deals.
