Job Description

We are seeking a high-caliber finance professional to lead our financial reporting and treasury charter as Associate Director – Reporting and Treasury.

This role is critical as we scale toward IPO readiness and build robust, investor-grade reporting capabilities across our businesses. You will be responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting, technical accounting compliance, and driving consistency across multiple reporting entities.

The successful candidate will own financial reporting across the group – ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant statutory and management reporting under Indian GAAP and IND-AS.

You will work closely with internal and external auditors on quarterly and annual financial statement preparation.

A key aspect of this role is acting as the technical accounting subject matter expert for the organization; assessing and implementing new accounting standards and ensuring appropriate disclosures.

Additionally, you will drive IPO-aligned reporting practices, including audit readiness, restatements, consolidated entity reporting, and regulatory filings.

Reporting Capabilities

In partnership with FP&A, business finance, and investor relations teams, you will ensure alignment between internal and external reporting frameworks.

Leadership Responsibilities

You will also build and scale internal SOPs, reporting templates, and close calendar for group-wide implementation.

Furthermore, you will liaise with external advisors, valuation experts, and consultants to ensure accounting treatment aligns with industry benchmarks.
