Oracle EPM Consultant Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle EPM to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) for financial consolidation and close processes.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM with a deep understanding of the financial consolidation and close process, including multi-currency, intercompany eliminations, and complex reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes, ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidations.
  • Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the FCCS platform.
  • Configure and manage financial close workflows, focusing on effective financial consolidations.
  • Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems, streamlining financial operations.
  • Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments, ensuring seamless financial processes.
  • Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting, enhancing financial insights.
  • Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimizing the system for performance, guaranteeing a smooth user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the Oracle EPM platform, promoting proficiency and efficiency.
