Job Summary:
The role of Enterprise Financial Manager involves overseeing financial operations, reporting, and compliance across multiple legal entities within an organization.
This position ensures accurate financial consolidation, regulatory adherence, and strategic financial guidance to support business growth and governance.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all group entities in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Ensuring timely and accurate consolidation of financials across subsidiaries.
- Maintaining compliance with local, regional, and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating and managing external audits and statutory filings.
Additionally, this role entails:
- Developing and enforcing internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
- Monitoring and improving financial processes, systems, and controls across entities.
- Leading SOX compliance implementation and other regulatory control initiatives.
Key aspects of the job include:
- Overseeing entity-level budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyzing financial performance and variances; providing insights to senior leadership.
- Supporting strategic planning and financial modeling for new initiatives and expansions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in managing entities across different geographies and currencies.
- Familiarity with transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, and tax structuring.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred skills and qualifications include:
- CA/CPA certification.
- 6-10 years of total experience.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
