End-to-End Financial Operations Coordinator

Manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Accounting Management:
Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime Gold or QuickBooks, ensuring accurate general ledger, balance statements, and P&L accounts.
- Invoicing & Client Management:
Raise invoices to clients based on sales terms and follow up for timely clearance. Maintain legal contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Payroll & Employee Expenses:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Review staff reimbursements and expense vouchers.
- Compliance & Taxation:
Prepare and file TDS and GST on a monthly/quarterly basis. Ensure all statutory compliance filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Reporting & Analysis:
Assist Finance Manager in monthly and year-end closing processes. Generate reports on accounts payable/receivable, cash flows, and project-wise expenditures.
Seek a detail-oriented professional with 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administration. Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools is essential. Strong understanding of payroll, TDS, GST, accounts reconciliation, and statutory compliance is also required.
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you'll work closely with leadership and gain ownership of core financial processes. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's pushing the boundaries of enterprise sales and customer engagement with real-time conversational intelligence.
The ideal candidate will be meticulous, trustworthy with financial data, and comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams, clients, and vendors.
