Job Overview:

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage client relationships, providing expert advice on employee health and benefits programs.
  2. Analyze industry trends, emerging solutions, and best practices to deliver innovative advice.
  3. Develop and implement tailored recommendations to improve benefits offerings and control costs.
  4. Cross-sell products and services to current clients and participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients.
  5. Collaborate with other teams for Client RFP, Plan Renewal, and Implementation processes.

 

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership skills with a background of having a leadership role.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Domain knowledge preferred.
  • 5+ years of work experience in the insurance industry.
  • Post Graduate / Actuarial; Experience in Health Insurance preferred.
