We are a technology-driven healthcare company dedicated to closing healthcare gaps with digital pathology. As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, drive project execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational goals.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pathology and laboratory teams, to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.

You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation. This includes leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for driving change management, training, and user adoption activities as part of project rollouts and go-lives.

">Required Skills & Qualifications">
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT is required.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification is highly desired.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, etc.) is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) — Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent — is required.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodology, with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies, is essential.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously are necessary.
