Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Service Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations, and developing effective work execution plans to meet project objectives.

  • Customer Interaction: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Internal Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role, as the Senior Service Engineer will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and execution of plans.
  • Work Execution Planning: A proven ability to develop and implement effective work execution plans is crucial in this position, as the Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Technical Support: The successful candidate will have strong technical support skills and be able to collaborate with Service CSS partners to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Management: Experience in lead management, including identifying opportunities and converting them into business leads through strategic engagement, is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the relevant service industry, with a strong understanding of software and monitoring tools, as well as data center customer support experience. Strong troubleshooting skills are also essential in this role.
