Regulatory License Support Coordinator

The primary role of this position is to ensure that candidates meet the minimum entry requirements to be licensed. This involves reviewing documents received from Talent Acquisition Partners or CET Team and clarifying any incomplete documentation with Business Compliance People Leader. Additionally, this role requires preparing relevant forms for candidates and advising on mandated exams along with module exemptions where applicable.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review documents received from Talent Acquisition Partners or CET Team
  • Clarify incomplete documentation with Business Compliance People Leader
  • Prepare relevant forms for candidates
  • Advise on mandated exams along with module exemptions where applicable

Other Responsibilities
  • Audit BSC grades declared by candidates against verified grades by FADV
  • Share data with HR Risk Operations Team when requested
  • Complete quarterly MCF CST where Talent Acquisition Coordinators check accuracy of monthly QC

Skills and Experience
  • Proficient in excel
  • Interview Scheduling Support
  • Resourcing Partners for interview scheduling
  • Back end support for recruitment Screening creating offers for selected candidates
  • Coordination with recruiters support teams to get contracts offer letters in time accordingly sharing with candidates
  • P-Filing candidates personal documents

Qualifications
  • Preferably Post Graduation in HR
