Job Description:

This key role involves strategizing and implementing a robust brand program across product superiority, equity, and market types.

  • Developing Masterbrand architecture strategy on the category
  • Crafting Positioning with Strong Brand Identity - Build Brand Positioning Strategy and Key Messaging
  • Creating 360 Brand campaigns to drive Equity and Preference
  • Designing a multi-channel communication strategy for the master brand through product superiority, core brand thematic, and purpose-driven campaigns
  • Building Brand Purpose Platform
  • Implementing an 'Always On' Digital plan for a 12-month calendar
  • Delivering brand health metrics through the brand program with impactful and innovative communication plans

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to jointly drive business KPIs.

The successful candidate should have experience in core brand management in FMCG category, handling significant brand campaigns, and possessing educational qualifications such as an MBA (Major in Marketing preferred).

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience is required, with a minimum of 3 years in brand management/brand equity. The candidate should have end-to-end exposure to creating a brand TVC and campaign planning.

They should also possess commercial acumen to efficiently manage marketing & media budgets, and a deep understanding of how to navigate the brand world and work closely with agencies.

Additional desirable skills include prior experience in working closely with cross-functional teams to jointly drive business KPIs, and a deep working knowledge of gathering consumer insights and deriving strategic execution-oriented insights.

Ultimately, this role requires a Brand Equity Leader who can develop and implement effective brand strategies that drive business success.
