Job Title: Brand Director

Develop and execute strategic plans that drive product growth, leveraging cross-functional collaboration and market insights to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in brand-related initiatives
  • Analyze performance data to determine ROI and inform marketing strategies
  • Monitor consumer trends and preferences to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop pricing and distribution strategies to maximize revenue
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to inform campaign development
  • Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling campaigns that motivate target audiences
  • Establish performance metrics, cost parameters, and sales estimates to measure success
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or equivalent role
  • Ability to develop and communicate marketing strategies to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, including promotion, product, price, and place
  • Data-driven thinking and analytical skills to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management or marketing leadership
