Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team in Indore. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers with up to 1 year of work experience. The employment types available for this role include Full-Time, Part-Time, Internship, Contract, and Hybrid. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers by providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide information about products, services, or other inquiries as requested by customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address complex or escalated customer issues.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry standards to provide excellent service.
