Job Title: Salesforce HealthCloud Implementation Specialist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce HealthCloud implementation specialist to drive requirements gathering, solution design, and client education for a leading healthcare organization. The specialist will ensure alignment of HealthCloud capabilities with healthcare business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client workshops to gather and document requirements.
  • Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows.
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
  • Train client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.

Requirements:

  • 2+ HealthCloud implementations as Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (screening, primary care, aged care).
  • Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification (preferred).

Key Skills:

  • HealthCloud implementation experience.
  • Healthcare workflow knowledge.
  • FHIR and HL7 expertise.
