ServiceNow QA Professional Job Description:

Job Description

  • As a ServiceNow QA professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.

  • You will perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Key responsibilities include collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions.

  • Developing end-to-end testing strategies for ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, integrations, and custom applications.

  • Ensuring compliance with QA best practices and participating in release planning and defect management.

  • Driving test automation initiatives where applicable within ServiceNow.

  • Documenting defects clearly, tracking them to closure, and preparing detailed test reports and metrics.
