Job Title:
Senior Financial Leadership Role

Position Summary:
We are seeking a senior financial leader to manage our financial accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial reporting, auditing, and taxation regulations applicable in India.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian accounting standards Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records Enhance the reporting model via ERP and develop improved reports from ERP systems Manage GST & Statutory compliances, including preparation and filing of returns Assist with income tax filings and compliance with tax regulations Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the organization Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit process Implement audit recommendations and enhance internal controls Support budgeting and forecasting activities Monitor budget variances and report significant issues to management Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement improvements Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving departmental goals Define performance targets for team members, provide timely feedback, and offer improvement insights and support Provide functional and managerial leadership through training to develop team capabilities and prepare employees for higher responsibilities Partner with HR to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures and implement initiatives in the department
