**Job Title:** Instructional Designer

  • Reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Development

Our team is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer who will be responsible for creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience in utilizing instructional design methodologies to design, develop, and deliver successful training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Work with subject matter experts and the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and gaps, and design effective training materials to address them

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience using Articulate 360 and learning management systems
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
