Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create innovative and engaging learning materials for our employees.

About the Role:

This is a key role that will contribute to developing learning experiences that meet WSP's objectives.

  • Develop and implement learning materials and experiences aligned with our learning objectives.
  • Consult and collaborate with global subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
  • Use instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Evaluate learning materials and experiences, and make necessary revisions.

The ideal candidate has sound knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning principles, planning, and execution. They can work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with external learning providers.

• Provide guidance and support to other members of the Learning Development team.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest learning trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or related field.

• Advanced knowledge of planning and execution, along with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Act as a subject matter expert in digital learning and content creation.

• Collaborate with regional subject matter experts to ensure accurate translation of learning materials and curation of culturally appropriate content.
