About the Role

We are looking for a smart and dynamic Learning & Development Specialist who can create engaging learning content, deliver training programs, and manage vendors to ensure impactful capability-building across Magicbricks. The role requires strong communication, creativity, and stakeholder management skills to drive learning culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning modules (classroom, virtual, e-learning).
  • Manage external training vendors — onboarding, program design, coordination, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to identify training needs.
  • Develop content for training sessions, induction, and functional/behavioral learning.
  • Organize and oversee training logistics — scheduling, batches, tracking attendance.
  • Drive learning impact measurement through feedback, assessments, and MIS dashboards.
  • Support initiatives like leadership programs, learning weeks, and knowledge-sharing forums.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Training.
  • Strong skills in content creation, training delivery, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and drive end-to-end training programs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to LMS / digital learning tools preferred.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related specialization desirable.
