As an e-Learning Instructional Designer Intern at Imarticus Learning, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in content management, effective communication, Microsoft 365, MS-PowerPoint, Canva, design thinking, and training and development.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging e-learning content.
  • Utilize design thinking principles to create visually appealing and interactive courses.
  • Manage content using Microsoft 365 tools and Canva to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and resources for various programs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Research best practices in instructional design to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Support the training and development team in delivering high-quality learning experiences for learners.
