Job Title: Enterprise Sales Professional

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution sales and business development, with a strong focus on enterprise sales in the Indian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, educating, and qualifying potential clients, as well as developing and executing a strategic plan to source and develop business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indian market

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers

- Conduct needs analysis and provide solutions to meet client needs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support of sales efforts

- Analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

- 7+ years of experience in solution sales and business development, preferably in the tech space

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to execute sales by mapping different stakeholder interests in enterprise businesses

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience selling software solutions in distributed domains

- Strong understanding of technology trends and industry events

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment
