Job Opportunity: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive ROI-focused paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, leveraging keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators such as return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per action (CPA), and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with the company's brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads, preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
