
Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Banking Officer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers through field sales and referrals.
You will also cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, insurance, and digital services to existing customers. In addition, you will conduct market mapping and generate leads in assigned areas to meet individual and branch CASA targets.
Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships for long-term engagement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new CASA customers through field sales and referrals
- Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, insurance, and digital services
- Conduct market mapping and generate leads in assigned areas
- Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term engagement
- Ensure KYC compliance and accurate documentation
- Meet individual and branch CASA targets
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Sales-Driven: You should have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Knowledge of CASA Products and Banking Services: You should have a solid understanding of our CASA products and banking services, including Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, insurance, and digital services.
- Field Sales Experience: While not mandatory, prior experience in field sales would be an added advantage.
- Customer-Focused: You should have a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with customers.
- Negotiation Skills: You should possess strong negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate with customers and stakeholders.
