Key Responsibilities

  • We seek a Tax Specialist to join our team in preparing, reviewing and filing tax returns for globally mobile employees.
  • The ideal candidate will provide strategic recommendations to internal teams on tax planning, withholding responsibilities and social security contributions.
  • Our Tax Specialist will also offer guidance on tax equalization and protection policies to employees, ensuring clear understanding and compliance.
  • Additionally, this role involves analyzing employee compensation and payroll data to accurately calculate tax liabilities and identify potential benefits.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial management of the engagement, including billings, collection, metrics and KPIs tracking.
  • We require a Tax Specialist to prepare supporting applications and documentation to optimize employees' tax positions, including comprehensive data analysis and communication with assignees.
  • This role involves maintaining detailed tax records and documentation.
  • Our Tax Specialist must stay informed on the latest developments in international tax laws and regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will gain a broad understanding of other service lines within the business to identify cross-functional issues and collaborate with Tax SMEs for integrated solutions.
  • Furthermore, we need a Tax Specialist to conduct in-depth research on country-specific tax issues, particularly in areas where the organization operates.
  • This role requires exceptional client service and support, particularly when interacting with clients with employees on business trips.
