Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to develop and implement user retention strategies, with a focus on preventing user churn and reactivating lapsed listeners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • At-Risk User Intervention:
    • Collaborate with the data team to analyze at-risk behavior and identify effective interventions.
    • Engage with at-risk users through surveys and interviews to uncover root causes of dissatisfaction.
    • Design and launch proactive, multi-channel campaigns triggered by at-risk behavior.
  • Lapsed User Reactivation:
    • Develop and manage end-to-end strategies for bringing back churned subscribers.
    • Craft compelling offers and hyper-personalized content to find reasons for return.
    • Test and learn rigorously, using A/B testing and other methods to build cost-effective methods for reactivating users.
  • Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Own and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize roadmap features addressing core churn drivers.
    • Ensure seamless user experience between save messages and engagement messages.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of focused experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and challenge assumptions to build industry-leading churn-mitigation strategies.
  • Hands-on campaign execution experience, including building, launching, and optimizing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools.
  • An experimenter's mindset, with expertise in designing and interpreting A/B tests.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality work and driving business results.
