Win-Back Specialist
We are seeking a data-driven and creative marketer to take on one of our most critical challenges: preventing user churn and reactivating lapsed listeners.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing proactive, multi-channel campaigns triggered by at-risk behavior, with the goal of re-engaging users before they hit the cancel button.
The Win-Back Specialist will work closely with our core retention team to ensure a seamless user experience, aligning their 'save' messages with our engagement messages.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Churn Prevention:
- Identify At-Risk Users: Collaborate with our data team to leverage predictive models and analysis to identify listeners showing signs of disengagement or high risk of churning.
- Design & Launch Save Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted campaigns (push, in-app modals, email) to re-engage at-risk users before they churn.
2. Lapsed User Reactivation:
- Own Win-Back Strategies: Architect and manage the end-to-end strategy for bringing back churned subscribers, including segmenting users based on past listening behavior and time since churn.
- Craft Compelling Offers: Test creative offers and hyper-personalized content to find the perfect reason for a listener to return.
3. Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Measure What Matters: Own and report on key performance indicators for your domain, translating performance data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Partner with Core Retention: Work closely with our main lifecycle team to prioritize roadmap features that address core churn drivers.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-7 years of focused experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies within a B2C subscription or mobile app business.
- Strategic Problem-Solver: Think creatively, challenge assumptions, and develop industry-leading churn-mitigation strategies.
- Hands-On Campaign Execution: Direct experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
- Analytically Sharp: Fluency in digging through data to find opportunities, with strong proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools.
- A Passion for Music: Understand what makes listeners stay, and use this knowledge to craft resonant and effective campaigns.
