Key Account Manager

  • Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key clients to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and expand our market presence.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align products and services with client objectives and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop account plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through regular communication, site visits, and other means of engagement.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations.
  • Account Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans outlining strategies for client retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans and deliverables.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
