We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer-facing sales roles and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Qualifying and prospecting inbound leads generated by the lead generation team.
  • Converting trial prospects to paid customers through enthusiastic customer engagement.
  • Owning individual targets and working towards generating new revenue.
  • Collaborating with other appropriate internal teams and representing the customers to solve their business requirements.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess:

  • 4-7 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role.
  • Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
  • Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.
