Job Title: Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for working closely with the sales team to identify and develop opportunities for solutions in Datacentre / Storage / Hyper Converge.

Your primary objective will be to present solutions to customers in these areas, understand their requirements, and successfully set or modify customer requirements.

  • Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, document them, collaborate with OEM presale personnel when required, and prepare Bills of Material (BoM) for engaged opportunities.
  • Evaluate multiple approaches based on customer objectives and constraints, and provide Salespersons with appropriate solution approaches.
  • Manage and handle all solution-related queries from the customer evaluation team in a timely manner and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Work closely with customers and sales teams to arrive at Success Criteria for Proof of Concepts (POCs), where required, and be responsible for conducting and completing successful POCs on time.
  • Conduct high-quality demonstrations of solutions wherever required during opportunity pursuit.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions with sales and technical teams to keep them updated on latest trends and best practices.
  • Create success stories of use cases handled during work to share with all customers as showcases of team capabilities.
