Accounting is a vital component of any business. In this role, you will oversee the complete accounting function of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

The accounts head will lead and manage the end-to-end accounting process, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.

Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts requires careful planning and execution to ensure timely completion.

Compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other applicable laws must be strictly adhered to.

As the key financial partner to the leadership team, you will provide strategic insights and recommendations for management decision-making.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in accounts and finance, with in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

A strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillset is essential to succeed in this role.

  • Lead and manage the accounting team
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management

A bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field is mandatory for this position.

Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems is required.
