Senior Mortgage Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing mortgage team, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, attending meetings, providing training and coaching, hiring and recruiting top talent, and conducting regular performance reviews. They will ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct management of team members, including attendance, training, hiring, recruiting, and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with RESPA/TRID and other federal, state, and industry regulations
  • Interface professionally with clients, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, and lenders
  • Elevate service levels for customers and ensure quality control of residential mortgage loans
  • Develop and implement coaching and training programs for staff
  • Monitor and oversee loan production pipeline and ensure KPI targets are met

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of mortgage industry regulations, including TRID guidelines
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good supervision, organization, and math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skill
  • Minimum 72-84 months of Mortgage Origination (Post Closing review, PQA etc) and Correspondent experience (End to End value chain) in US Home Loan products
