Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Executive to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's housekeeping department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks and maintenance of high standards.
  • Conduct regular room checklists and maintain accurate records of room status.
  • Supervise public areas, including corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries.
  • Replenish guest supplies and attend to guest requests promptly.
  • Attend to reports on damage or malfunction in hotel rooms and maintain equipment in proper state.
  • Maintain effective communication with Executive Housekeeper and other departments.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/certificate.
  • Good oral and written proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages an advantage.
