Job Opportunity:

Ridhira Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Leader / CFO to drive financial strategy, profitability, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, project financing, compliance, and investor relations for large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects.

  • Formulate and execute the company's long-term financial strategy.
  • Partner with senior management to drive profitability, growth, and sustainability.
  • Establish and monitor financial governance, risk assessment, and control systems.

The Senior Finance Leader / CFO will be responsible for leading fundraising through equity, debt, and structured financing options, managing project cash flows, working capital, and capital allocation.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of sector-specific financial regulations and compliance, as well as exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
