Presales Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Presales Specialist to join our team. As a Presales Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us understand customer needs and develop effective solutions to meet those needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our sales team to identify business opportunities and provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex technical information and present it in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with sales team to identify business opportunities and provide technical guidance and support
  • Analyze complex technical information and present it in a clear and concise manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide input on product development and strategy to ensure alignment with customer needs

You will also be responsible for conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to stay ahead of the competition. Additionally, you will be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Presales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex technical information and present it in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools
