About This Role

We are seeking an ambitious and highly organized Account-Based Marketing (ABM) professional to join our Growth team.

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth, revenue expansion, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in ABM, with expertise in automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account-based marketing plans, including campaign development, execution, and measurement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer experience teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the continued relevance and effectiveness of our ABM strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in ABM, preferably in the B2B marketing and/or B2B SaaS industry.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools, such as Clay, Zoho CRM, GetSales.io, Salesforce/Pipedrive, and Zapier or Make.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of account-based marketing principles, tactics, and metrics.
