
Strategic Marketing Professional

We are looking for a proactive Marketing professional who can manage the entire marketing cycle. The ideal candidate should be both analytical and execution-driven, capable of turning market data into strategies while actively implementing campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential leads through digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
- Research and qualify leads using CRM and industry databases.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
- Execute targeted campaigns (cold email, ads, events, content) to attract new customers.
- Marketing Execution: Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels.
- Create engaging marketing content (posts, blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations).
- Manage brand visibility across online and offline platforms.
- Coordinate with design and product teams to create customer-centric messaging.
- Marketing Analytics & Insights: Track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine strategies.
- Provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns and improving sales outcomes.
- Sales & Business Support: Align closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
- Support pre-sales activities with presentations, case studies, and proposal inputs.
- Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and targeted communication.
- Work on customer segmentation and profiling to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Less than 2 years or 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
- Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / ERP industry marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation & drip campaigns.
- Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
