Job Opportunity
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in asset management and financial modeling? We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing assets, monitoring portfolio performance, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Asset management of existing funds
- Monitoring portfolio performance and providing regular reports to investment committees
- Tracking project performance against underwriting assumptions and updating financial models
- Preparing approval papers for the board
- Contributing to the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Supporting the raising of new private funds through financial modeling and presentations
- Drafting investment committee papers for presentation to the board and investment committee
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in finance (CA, CFA, or MBA)
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in asset management and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good presentation skills
