We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities. Develop effective strategies to penetrate the healthcare market in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
  • Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. Present our Healthcare product services to key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales activities to achieve revenue targets. Develop and execute sales plans, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads promptly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain a deep understanding of our HR sourcing portal, HMS & other healthcare related services and stay updated on industry advancements. Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support to clients as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of business plans. Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve products and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Estimated Salary: ₹30,000 per month (variable)
