As a Senior Director, you will lead and execute our cross-border business strategy for our GIFT City business unit.

With 8-12 years of experience in banking partnerships, cross-border payments, or related fintech roles, you will bring a proven track record in business development, especially in managing partnerships and enterprise sales within financial services.

Key responsibilities include leading the establishment and growth of our GIFT City business unit focused on cross-border banking and payments, identifying and evaluating high-potential customers and banking partners, driving end-to-end business development activities, developing and maintaining a sophisticated understanding of international markets, customer segmentation, and value proposition design, and building and presenting compelling business cases and go-to-market plans.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational execution of partners.

Requirements include a strong knowledge of cross-border banking and payments products, particularly within GIFT City or similar financial hubs, demonstrated agility and hands-on approach to execution in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments, exceptional analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
