Role Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving Misa Fine Chem's growth in both domestic and international markets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing long-term client relationships, and representing the company in global trade interactions. This role offers significant exposure to international B2B markets and opportunities for long-term career progression in global trade and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in domestic & global markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, and proposals.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and new markets.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in chemicals, pharma, or B2B exports.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of export documentation, international trade practices, and logistics is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Preferred Tools & Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Basic understanding of export documentation, LC, and shipping processes.
• Strong analytical and market research abilities.
