Job Summary:

This is a critical role within our technical support team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert technical guidance and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing high-level technical support, with a strong understanding of complex network environments, security protocols, and Firewall management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers and partners, resolving complex issues related to Firewall configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Manage support cases, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Publish technical documentation, including bulletins and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve product-related issues and implement new products

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience
  • Expertise in Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.)
  • Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems and multi-factor authentication security systems
  • Strong ability to independently debug broad, complex networks with mixed media and protocols
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC OS (debugging, editing registries, Plist etc.)
