Role Summary

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting innovative design solutions that enhance the user experience of our products. This role focuses on delivering seamless end-to-end experiences while balancing technical and business objectives.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Provide guidance to the team of product designers, ensuring full understanding of the original design and vision, and links to established problem and/or goal. Influences those outside of design.
  • Experience Vision: Envision the future AI vision of the product, aligned with user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements, to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • UX Storytelling: Leverage storytelling to convey the design vision and user journey, transforming complex ideas into compelling narratives that inspire stakeholders, align teams, and evoke empathy for user needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, business, and other stakeholders to align on UX goals, ensure implementation feasibility, and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Design System Advocacy: Champion the adoption of design systems to maintain consistency, cohesion, and alignment across products. Helps others in using the system effectively while driving advocacy for its adoption.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor the design team, fostering skill development, aligning design goals, and driving the team toward high-quality outcomes.
  • Effective Communication: Proactively communicates with leaders and stakeholders, adapting the narrative to different audiences, while fostering collaboration among teams to ensure alignment and clarity for impactful design outcomes.
