We are seeking an experienced Physical Design Engineer to lead our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RTL to GDS flow and a strong understanding of digital design principles.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Design and develop high-quality physical IP using Cadence Innovus or Synopsys ICC2.">
  3. Perform floorplanning, placement, clock tree synthesis (CTS), routing, and physical verification to ensure timely delivery of projects.">
  4. Develop automation scripts using Tcl, Perl, or Python to improve efficiency and reliability.">
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and achieve timing closure.">
  6. Conduct power, performance, and area (PPA) optimization to meet design specifications.">
  7. Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.">

Requirements:

  1. ">
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.">
  3. 10+ years of experience in physical design with expertise in RTL to GDS flow.">
  4. Hands-on experience with 3nm, 5nm process nodes.">
  5. Strong proficiency in scripting languages for automation of design tasks.">
  6. Proven track record in achieving timing closure and resolving complex design issues.">
  7. Solid understanding of digital design principles.">
