Senior ASIC/SoC Design Lead

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior ASIC/SoC RTL Engineer to lead our team of designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design expertise in SoC subsystems and IPs with a focus on integration using Verilog/System Verilog.
  • Strong knowledge of IP design, Subsystem/Cluster and SoC level integration with thorough understanding of RTL quality checks (Lint, CDC).
  • Familiarity with synthesis and low power design is highly valued.
  • Expertise in setting up and using tools like Spyglass Lint/CDC, Synopsys DC, Verdi/Xcellium.
  • Able to create/review design documents for multiple subsystems and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing complex ICs with strong knowledge of processor architecture and/or ARM debug architecture.
  • Good grasp of timing concepts and the ability to troubleshoot complex design issues.
  • Knowledge of one or more interface protocols: PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, I2C, UART, SPI.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to support physical design, verification, DFT, and SW teams.

Additional Information:

  • This role requires a deep understanding of digital circuit design principles and their application in SoC development.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software programming languages like Make flow, Perl, shell, Python, etc.
