**Job Title:** Senior MEP Design Engineer

**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for high-rise buildings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of MEP systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Project management, overseeing the implementation of designs, ensuring timely completion, and budget adherence.
  • System analysis, evaluating existing systems, and recommending improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration and communication, working with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into overall project plans.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC design, electrical circuit design, plumbing system design, and building codes.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with experience in high-rise building projects preferred.
  • Familiarity with designing and executing MEP systems for high-rise buildings, considering factors like vertical transportation, fire safety, and energy efficiency.
  • Ability to integrate MEP systems with other building systems, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.
