DFT Expert Role
  • Develop and implement DFT architectures for ASIC/SoC designs, guaranteeing harmonious collaboration between different design teams.
  • Closely work with RTL and physical design teams to ensure smooth execution of DFT features, thereby optimizing test quality and reducing development time.
  • Utilize ATPG tools to generate and validate test patterns, addressing stuck-at, transition, and path delay faults effectively.
  • Analyze fault simulation and coverage results to identify areas for improvement, supporting silicon bring-up and debug efforts efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) teams to develop test programs, ensuring efficient production testing processes.
