Job Title

As a senior IT infrastructure manager, you will lead a team of experts in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for managing IT infrastructure and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical vision and leadership to the team.
  • Create and implement end-to-end system solutions for IT infrastructure management and automation.
  • Lead the design and implementation of network, server, integration, application, security, and operation systems.
  • Ensure that all systems deployed meet required Service Level Agreements (SLA) and security policies and guidelines.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resources for the implementation of IT infrastructure and service management solutions.
  • Meet with customers and business stakeholders to determine requirements.

  • Assist the team in attaining optimal performance by removing technical obstacles.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A diploma or tertiary education in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture planning and design.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading IT infrastructure management teams.
Technical Skills

You should possess strong skills in:

  • Linux/Unix/Windows administration.
  • Network/firewall/loadbalancer design and implementation.
  • Automation/configuration management using Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or other commercial products.
  • Cloud services and open-source technologies.
  • Service management methodologies and tools such as ServiceNow.
