About the Job

We are seeking an experienced PPP Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in PPP transaction structuring, financial modelling, and advisory for government sector infrastructure projects.

This role involves working closely with central/state government clients, managing PPP transactions end-to-end, and ensuring delivery of commercially viable, bankable project structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PPP transaction advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure.
  • Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
  • Advise on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
  • Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, with strong financial modelling skills.
  • Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
